Please recommend your favorite restaurants in Manhattan. It’s for a birthday dinner. Partial to Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and other Asian. Need some veggie options as well.

Open to all areas but slight preference for Midtown, Lincoln Square, Hell’s Kitchen, and the general area around there.
