Well, there are plenty of jobs that require a college degree and 10-15 years of experience. So unless you graduated college when you were 15, you'd have to be over 30 to qualify.

Federal law only protects individuals who are over the age of 40. So, unless you are in a state that prohibits age discrimination regardless of age, you won’t be able to sue employers for hiring only individuals who are age 30 or over.
