Oh please. It’s not witch doctor stuff. My friend with fibromyalgia who dealt with extreme fatigue and pain controls her symptoms almost entirely by avoiding gluten, processed sugar, and processed dairy. They are known to cause inflammation of the respiratory or GI tract in lots of people.
