DC has the highest bond ratings in the country. The AAA+ is the envy of every mayor and governor across the land. How dare you say the city cannot look after itself.

Crime is way down, quality of life is strong, restaurants and bars are doing well, only the commercial real estate remains a challenge.

Crime is down significantly in the last year.

Housing demand remains ridiculously strong.

Business revenues remain firm, though the commercial real estate in the central business district remains a post-COVID challenge.

Quality of life and demand for people moving to DC remains quite strong.

So no, maybe not so crime riddled and dirty as Trump makes it out to be.
