Yes. Doctors look at my feet and ask if I'm a runner.

It's fine. It makes everything else look hot.

I have been a runner for 20+ years. I still have nice feet. However my feet have never been ugly.

Avid runner here. Nothing a pedicure can’t fix.

I've been running for 20+ years and I don't think mine look too bad. I have one or two toenails that always get dark but I get regular pedicures so it covers it up.

It does. Ballet is just as damaging too.

My feet and toe nails are a hot mess, but I don’t do pedicures or anything to care for my feet either

Yeah, my feet aren't great after nearly 40 years of running. Toenails don't always grow back quite right after they turn blue and fall off. They're ok though.

Male and yes, my feet look horrendous. Whatever you do, don’t go looking for images of Christiano Ronaldo’s feet (he is my age).

I dont run, but one of my old co-workers is a huge runner and she still looks beautiful. She will be turning 60 this year and definitely does not look it. That said, she is crazy cautious about sun protection and often runs on an indoor track if the weather is not cooperating.

I've never asked about her feet though lol.

I didn’t have great feet to begin with, but running for 25 years has done a number on them for sure.

I love running but I think the wear and tear has made my feet a lot uglier and older looking over the last couple of years. And I wear high-end shoes. Not just blisters and toenail issues, but that too. Women talk about runner's face (too much sun, loss of weight, wrinkles, droopy, etc.) but I think runner feet is a serious concern too.
