They did an unrequested auto-refill on my old dose and when I went in to pick up my new meds they gave me the old ones instead.
Thankfully I noticed the pill color was wrong and got it resolved, but I was so pissed off to realize that they had given me the wrong dose. They are the worst.

I've been given someone else's medication twice now at CVS.
