In what way? Naviance's scattergrams can provide useful data points for prior applicants from your high school.
However, Naviance's reach, match, safety designations are complete trash. It's hard to overstate how incorrect they are. They typically fail to account for low acceptance rates and accordingly can designate ultra-reaches, which are reaches for all applicants, as matches for high stats applicants. Failure of admissions professionalism over at Naviance.
So, CollegeVine is at least slightly better because it accounts for acceptance rates in its algorithm.
