I like it, but may look for something else. A very nice set up, great staff & they comp 2 hrs of parking. I find it hard to find classes that fit my schedule (or get in to the ones that do - I applaud them for keeping sizes small) and find it geared more toward people who want to work with a trainer than not. My request during a paid session to have the trainer also set me up with a program I could do on the machines (letting me work out on my own when I had a free hour between meetings) was delivered, but it was halfhearted, with only 3 exercises. I wasn’t interested in a free weight only program at this time and just wanted something I could do the weeks I wasn’t paying someone to push me (or make sure I wasn’t using bad form).

Very recently joined and like it a lot. It’s a bougie gym but a normal mix of people. Younger and older. Visibly fit and not. People aren’t putting on a show.

Thoughts on this gym? I'm looking at the one in downtown Bethesda. What kind of people mostly go there compared to other gyms nearby? (e.g. Onelife, Equinox, Crunch)
