Sure - orange is great. With any of the colors you mentioned (except black). But not with rust. Maybe nude or navy.

The fascinator with the pink pinwheel flowers is totally insane. I wouldn't be able to pay attention to anything while wearing that. Too much going on in the peripheral vision.
