She can seek the assistance of a women’s shelter. They can offer her a safe space and likely legal resources if he was the one “dealing”. She needs to leave him for the safety of her and her child. That said, that is often one of the most most dangerous times to be a female. If she can get the assistance of a shelter or similar group, they can advise on how to stay protected.
This^. Be brave and help her get out of this mess. Its tough but not tougher than being with an abusive criminal, she can do it.
