Flying sucks because the price quoted is for Economy which has basically become like taking the bus. So you think $550, ok I’ll bite. Then bag fees, a fee to pick a seat, and constant reminders that you can upgrade to economy plus and travel like human for only $1,000 more.
Skiing has become just awful (even locally) because of consolidation.
I so loved eating out and travelling. We miss it dearly and had so many fun family memories doing these things together. But we’ve opted out.
