Skipping the October Open won't derail your kid's swimming career. If it's really a problem for you or your family, just ask your club to consider participating in another meet on a different weekend.

Thanks for sharing this. However, not all are the same. There is one October meet last year called “Eat n Meet Mini Meet” but I am not seeing this on the PVS schedule. Or the one in Oct.
