He is disqualified under the Fourteenth Amendment. In time, he will be removed. Find someone who is qualified to be your champion.

"disqualified"? WTH are you talking about

If you are an insurrectionist, you can't hold office. I know it's strange since we have one running for president and the SC made it possible for him to be reflected again yesterday, but that is the law.

He wasn't convicted of insurrection. He was convicted for trespassing and disorderly conduct. He's not going anywhere. You should learn to read the room. The J6 prosecutions were a huge overreach and most of them will be pardoned, rightly, when Trump is back.

Learn to read the room? hahahahahhaa

Glad you morons are getting convictions.

That would be a disgusting abuse of power.

What about if you have dementia? Does that make one qualified for school board?

Has anyone been convicted of having dementia and on the school board?

You probably shouldn't but there's nothing in the Constitution about it.

NP. 14th amendment, Section 3:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Yes he should be no where near schools.

He is insane.

A person who served in our Military that is MAGA should not be anywhere near children ever.

Here's a guy who was just convicted and so far has not resigned from the Frederick county school board. The Fourteenth Amendment applies to him too.
