NP, but great ideas!!

One of my favorite salads is a roasted vegetables with a mustard dressing atop greens (like rocket/arugula). Add an egg and you are good to go!!

I eat salad every day and have for many years. I never tire of eating it, but I do get tired of washing and cutting it!

OP maybe you can try switching up your dressing and toppings. A different dressing makes it taste totally different. For the toppings add something crunchy that you like such as roasted edamame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, etc.

I’ve been doing asparagus, red pepper and mushrooms with a lemon zest, avocado oil and garlic, salt and pepper stir fry-delicious! Can add spinach or broccoli too

Bowls with a grain of your choice (rice, quinoa, etc.), veggies of all kinds (roasted, pickled, steamed, sliced or shaved raw), a protein (meat since you don't like beans), nuts and seeds of your choice, herbs and spices of your choice, a dressing or sauce you like.

We do bowls. Broccoli, carrots, sauteed greens and mushrooms, seaweed salad, scallions, kimchee, furikake, boiled egg, chicken, fish or tofu with a japanese bbq sauce. Have the individual bits on hand and just throw together whenever

Salads are the easiest way for me to get in my vegetables; but I'm getting tired of salad every night with dinner.
I don't like much in the way of vegetables beyond basic salad, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sometimes green beans.
I HATE beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc.

What are some alternatives to salad for a change of pace?
