Guessing it's you that's changed. Also in peri ... I eat broccoli a few times each week. No issues.

But eggs and oil? Can't go anywhere near them anymore!

I can only speak to what I know firsthand: My mom is almost 70, she eats it almost every day and has no problems. She eats it with yogurt or ACV and olive oil.

^^adding, decreasing hormones in the system causes the process of food passing through your system to slow down -- thus gas, bloating, constipation, etc.
