There are so many non-dairy yogurt options. I sometimes mix blueberries and walnuts into Kite Hill Greek-style Almond milk yogurt (Unsweetened Vanilla). Really good (at least, to me).

PP here.

My other go-to is a combo of whole eggs and egg whites cooked with black beans, spinach and a bunch of salsa and hot sauce. Sometimes wrapped in a tortilla.

It works for me from a macros, calories, and satiety perspective.

I usually do some combo of Dave’s organic 21 grain w almond butter or peanut butter, Vital Proteins collagen in my coffee, eggs, Kachava shake or peanut butter protein bar, overnight oats w yogurt, nondairy milk, and chia seeds. I sprinkle flax seed here and there but I’m not sure I put on enough to make a real difference

They now make non-dairy cottage cheese. I've used it in recipes and couldn't tell the difference.

Every morning, I have:
9 ounces Good Culture low fat cottage cheese
4.5 ounces blueberries
1/2 cup All Bran bran buds

To me, it tastes really good and "light" for the morning and clocks in at 38g protein and 20g fiber for less than 400 calories.

I used to do a tablespoon or so of chia seeds instead of the All Bran for roughly the same results. But I enjoy this version a lot more.

NP. Do you really *need* to act like a douche on a thread about breakfast

Please see the chocolate quinoa thread if you don't think this is a pretty common reaction to DCUM breakfast!

Are you for real asking this? OP just wanted to share something that she liked, she doesn't need to work for you. Go Google dairy free high protein breakfast options.

People like you ruin the internet.
