Plenty of men lie to their wives as well. The amazing thing about men is they can lie straight to your face. The fact that you believed his sweet words automatically mean you can never be cheated on does speak highly to your credibility with reading men or being aware of these things.

OP you’re not alone but don’t try to be a “cool girl” who pretends this blatant disrespect is okay. If he likes looking at his friends in bikinis, that’s fine if and only if he keeps ALL thoughts and praise in his own head.

I’m a middle aged fuddy duddy of a woman (happily married for almost 20 years FWIW) but I simply cannot understand why so many young women in their prime seem to be okay with losers essentially humiliating them in public. There are LOTS of potential boyfriends out there, OP. You don’t need to settle for this garbage.

To me, there’s a difference between what you do in private, and what everyone including friends and family can see you doing. Instagram likes are somewhat public. I’d feel embarrassed that people we know would see him liking these pictures. It feels very disrespectful to do it so publicly. Similar to how you can notice an attractive person in the street, but to break your neck or follow them around would be creepy.

I dated someone who did this, but we were like 21.

Aps don't have high standards though pretty low actually and many are married
