I dust with flour, salt, and pepper and lightly pan fry, then make a lemon, garlic, butter, white wine sauce to go on top. It’s delicious.

Subject: Trout - recipes please
I like trout done very simply. I usually lightly coat in flour, salt, pepper, paprika and some other spices. I then cook face down in a lightly olive oiled pan, then flip. Serve with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
My DH wants to incorporate more fish into his diet. He’s been leaning heavily into salmon. I like salmon just fine but I really only want it once at month. I’d like to mix trout into the rotation.
