I’m asking about the entire area DC/MD/VA because we haven’t decided on the precise location yet (and soccer will factor into that). I don’t believe in a strict distinction between results and development, in my experience they are strongly related by that age. I suppose MLSNext is a stronger league so that is what I am looking for.
