They were in my IVF work up at SGF bc of a family history of blood clots. They were all covered. All just blood tests performed by Lab Corps.

SGF never required those tests. Didn't even want to do them after my transfers failed. I had severe pre-eclampsia very early with my first pregnancy and only living child. They still didn't think to test for them. That was the first thing my next clinic tested for. Turns out I had two... (Factor V hetero, MTHFR (C677T) homo).

Insurance covered all of it.

I’m doing IVF now and I’m pretty sure these were neither required nor recommended, unless they’re simple blood tests (I didn’t pay super close attention to every blood test).

thrombophilic mutations: factor V Leiden, factor II Prothrombin, MTHFR (C677T), MTHFR (A1298C), PAI-1 gen

Did your clinic require the tests above?
Did insurance cover?
