I am the PP and I also replied to the other post about Dollistic which is where I had a bad tech who got fired. It is a tattoo hence the laser to remove the faded color. I would seriously consider not doing it. As I said trends keep changing. I wish I had the affordable access to the brow and lasers they provide in Seoul but alas the US costs ways too much and not enough volume for the techs to be as skilled.
