For the past two months I’ve been running, training for an event later this fall. I’m also hoping to lose 15lb I’ve been carrying around in the process, so I’ve been taking measurements.
I’m down 6lb. I FEEL and LOOK a little thinner, but I’ve not lost any inches in my legs. The odd thing is, I LOOK like I have, and my pants fit much better. Does this mean I’m just gaining muscle while simultaneously losing fat?
