Do you wash your face in the morning? What really helps me is to not do that. Just put moisturizer and/or sunscreen on. I don’t wash my face until I’ve gotten sweaty or dirty or whatever’s on the day’s agenda. My derm has blessed this approach for me but obviously everyone’s skin is different.
