I can cook ground beef onsite, in our instant pot, but we were just trying to avoid 3 nights of ground beef. I like the idea of veg nacho, but I've already advertised a "loaded beef nacho". I also like the chicken idea, but not sure I'd feel like cooking/shredding the breasts there, so would likely also look to canned meat in that situation too. We're a temp set up snackbar, waiting for our new building, so our license is very limited right now.
