I've sold some on Poshmark, but it isn't worth the effort. And people really only want certain things. Like a pair of once-work Michael Kors sneakers sold almost right away. Much nicer stuff listed for almost nothing hasn't. I don't have the time or inclination to play the SM game on Poshmark, and if you don't, your stuff will never get seen by anyone and it won't sell.
