I haven’t been to CLT in at least 10 years but don’t remember anything bad other than the walking. I guess a lot has changed!

Op here. Agree. Miami has great food. I did not hate Miami at all. CLT has to be a portal from hell.

I had to get wheelchairs once for my parents at Charlotte and it was a complete and utter $hitshow. The employees either didn't care, were high/drunk or a combination of the two. The airport is a hot mess but these workers took the cake.

And they don't have Clear.

Overcrowded, universally angry rude workers, poor air traffic management such that the runways and gates are packed leading to delays every time.

Agree, awful. And the gate agents are mean, too.

Agree! It's absolutely terrible. Always overcrowded, too.

Why on God’s green earth is it setup the way it is? Getting from your flight to your connection could not be made more difficult.

I will avoid this airport from now on.
