Subject: What do the sashes and cords represent at the APS HS graduations?
My kids are in Prince William county but in our school the pink represents music accomplishments. I did a google search and it seems that's what it represents for most schools.

Various honors societies, perhaps a certain GPA, & things like that. We had chords in my day, too.

yellow sashes
pink cords
dark blue cross
yellow and green cords
light blue cords
What do they mean?
We didn't have anything other than a cap and gown back in my day.
