They do exist but 99% aren't worth the cost. You can crowdsource this process here with similar or better results than you would get with a "specialist".

A suburb of Pittsburgh (Latrobe is further out but could work) or something in the Lehigh Valley (Bethlehem, Easton, Allentown).

I currently live in NOVA and want to move somewhere north of MD, just don't know where. I work form home so I don't need to be super close to a big city, however if I needed decent medical care it should be close enough to drive to. School districts don't matter. I'd like somewhere a little more conservative than NOVA. I'm a very simple person like parks and nature. I don't go out to fancy restaurants as I cook for myself. As I get older I don't need a ton of museums or theatre either anymore. I'd love cooler summers but not too much snow as I love to walk outside in the fall and winter. I've always rented apartments and would really love to be a homeowner. I'd love a brick ranch style house. Anyway can you all help me or can I pay someone to research areas and find me a single family house does a service like this exist? Thanks for reading and helping.

Yeah, they're super good at RELOCATING your money from your bank account to theirs!

Harrisburg, PA or grand rapids, MI. The latter gets more snow.

It's usually for international moves and usually paid for through an employer.

They exist, but they’re very location specific. We worked with one for a corporate relocation, and they arranged all the rental showings, helped us find a preschool, etc. your best pet is to figure out where you want to be and then find someone to help you pick within the region.
