Montessori programs will move kids up to the next level if they are ready. I looked at District Montessori and really liked it (we got off the waitlist for PK 3 so didn't pursue it, my daughter just made the age cut off). They may start your daughter at one level then move her up to the PK3 equivalent class when she is ready. There isn't a ton of info on the website so the best thing to do would be to tour!

I suggest you ask for a two year old preschool class. Asking for "PreK3" for a 2 year old is going to make you sound like a pain in the neck, and isn't going to help you find a space.

Look at some of the federal day cares, Goddard School in SW, and the schools that offer community based option PK (so you can potentially continue there next year for free).

School for Friends? They might have space and there are several kids there in a similar position (re: DCPS preK cut-offs). Our child learned a lot there.
