Everyone tries to figure out an exact cut score for tests, iReady, and the report card that guarantees admission or rejection. But it doesn't work like that. The answer is they look at all of it, including work samples and write-ups, and make a subjective determination. There are no cut scores, and any public data that does exist shows the teacher recommendation has the most weight over anything.
I assume, however, that the committee is aware that standards-based grading is incredibly subjective.
