The Green Line/Navy yard DOES go to Maryland?

Sigh. Yes, I know that. I was hoping to see other options people who live in the Maryland suburbs actually use to get to games (as in having personal experience with).

We attend Spirit games occasionally (not as often as I would like), but getting there is such a hassle. How do regulars usually get there? Thanks.

I go to Audi field the same way i go to Nats park...Metro. instead of a 3~4 min walk to Nats park it's a 10 min walk to Audi field.

I still refuse to go to Nats Park. I won't reward MLB for making DC spend several hundred million dollars it didn't have just so all of us suburbanites could have a baseball team.

What are you talking about? I have no idea.

Where do you live? What Metro line do you take?

Audi Field is a 15 min walk from Waterfront and probably about the same from Navy Yard. Agree parking is awful

OK -- we'll keep all the suburbanites away from the games. Then both clubs will fail, and Audi Field will become a concert venue.

I've only been a few times, but we live outside of DC and just park somewhere. There are parking garages or sometimes we just park on the street and walk.

The metro is at most a 10 minute walk. Stay in the suburbs.

Have they made it easier than it was a few years ago? When I last went, it seemed at least 2-3 times as long as the walk from the RFK metro stop to where you could be hit by falling concrete or accosted by wildlife in the upper deck. (Ah, memories.)
