Bring something sweet since chips/dips and apps are covered. Cookies, bars, brownies, bite sized tarts, etc

I won't scoff at deviled eggs. I love them and every time I make them for a gathering they go faster than anything else.

for a coworker's retirement party tomorrow. It's being held at the bar a different coworker's husband owns. Other options on the sign up sheet were "chips/dip" or "hors d'oeuvre".

What the heck should I bring? Bonus: it's painfully hot where I live and I don't have A/C. Avoiding having to use the oven would be great.
