MCPS doesn't. They use MAP. The state, however, has a new and unproven test called MCAP. The hope is they can work out the bugs in a couple of years.
What's the rationale for the change to MCAP? I moved out of MCPS a few years ago and am now planning to move back in, and all the data seem...different.
