What happens when you do high impacr cardio on a beta blocker?

Perhaps ask your doctor about trying a different med? Not all have that effect.

I have been on a diet to lose weight since the new year and have lost more than 10% of my weight. I haven’t noticed a problem because of it. I decreased my daily caloric intake by about 800 calories. I am losing 1-2 lbs a week.

What is your dose? I will ask my dr about this bc I both need to deal with anxiety and weight gain
