This is something your private teacher might handle. Our DC's private teacher has handled this for another student in her studio.

The requirement likely ensures that AYPO does not prompt a student to opt-out of their school orchestra. But if there is no school orchestra, there is no risk of opt-out.
That sounds reasonable. Also, don’t some Arlington Tech / full time Career Center students take the occasional class, elective, or non sports extra curricular at their home high schools?

The requirement likely ensures that AYPO does not prompt a student to opt-out of their school orchestra. But if there is no school orchestra, there is no risk of opt-out.
