I get summer rolls and Tom yum soup for Thai take out. Seems pretty heathy. But still, I don’t eat takeout often

I like a vegetarian subway sandwich for healthier fast food

IT is cool to have a preference to dine in person, but are you suggesting that somehow dining in is healthier than takeout?

One meal is no big deal. I just wouldn’t make it a habit.
I get chipotle burritos all the time, and I need the calories after being out on a bike with friends for several hours. But, the way they prepare their chicken is suboptimal. Otherwise, the ingredients are fine.
Nobody gets metabolic disease eating occasional takeout. They get it by eating piles of shelf stable garbage and sugar laden drinks and alcohol.

I love Cava-- greens bowl with 1/2 chicken and 1/2 roasted veggies as the protein. Various veggies as toppings (cucumbers, etc.) My downfall is putting crispy pita chips and dressing on top, but you wouldn't have to do that.
We also regularly do Chipotle with just brown rice, black beans, and guac (ok, also with cheese... but again, you could be better than us).

I like the Chick fil a grilled market salad with light vinaigrette. Lots of chicken, a little cheese and some fruit. Very reasonable fat and calories with good protein and fiber.

This is entirely contingent on how you define "healthy."
You can get *something* with a reasonable calorie count and balance of macros anywhere. Literally anywhere.

There's a chain near me called Mixt. It's salads where you can decide what goes in it. It's expensive but very easy to make healthy.
There are healthIER menu items at places like Cheesecake Factory but I wouldn't call them actually healthy, just less of a sodium bomb and fewer calories and less frying.

Really depends on what you get.
You can get Sweetgreen with breaded chicken, two cheeses, croutons, extra creamy or ranch dressing, bread on the side, and other toppings and be looking at a 1000 calorie salad. Or you could get a 450 calorie salad.
Same with Cava.
You could go to McDonalds and get a single hamburger and a fruit and yogurt parfait, or ChikFila and get a kale salad and 8 grilled nuggets and be pretty balanced and healthy.
