Overnight camp doesn’t qualify as dependent care so probably not. (Day camp yes, overnight no).

I’d like to take kid to a camp only offered out of state. I’ll need to rent a hotel or Airbnb. Can I claim that cost on dependent care form?
My first thought was I would go. But I guess if I pay a sitter to go I can have the hotel payment go to them same for the bill.
Thoughts?
