I’ve stopped being afraid of the 50 or even 60lb weight for things like sumo squats. Usually 40s for deadlift I think. 20s for benchpress and shoulder press. 40s for step ups. I went through a kick recently where i bumped up the weight of at each one exercise in every class until everything was at a higher weight. I figured I could always drop back down after the first set but usually didn’t need to

Easily made it up the stairs with 95lbs of kid on me. I think I probably could have done 3 flights before it started to get really hard. It feels amazing to think I can carry 100lbs like it’s nbd
