I don't get why they don't just put Dibels on PV.

I only receive 1 dibel report once a year since K. My kid is 2nd grade now.

It won’t be linked in any portal or be online for parent access. It’s the teachers responsibility to send it to you either in the backpack or folder. K-2 is mandatory assessment 3x progress monitoring (sometimes more if your child is below benchmark) and k-5 your child will take it if they have an iep or are performing below benchmark. From these posts it seems like not all schools are sending it which is pretty surprising. Parents- make sure you are getting these (mcps parent and teacher)

I didn't know about winter. Is that true for K too? We had fall and spring but the teacher had to print out and share the results with us (didn't see it linked on the portal).

3 times a year. The fall one is discussed in parent-teacher conferences, the others just get sent home.

We got the beginning of the year assessment at the parent teacher conference and the middle of the year in April because we happened to have an IEP meeting then, but I don't think we would have seen it otherwise unless we asked.

My DD is in second and we got the composite score sent home fall, winter and spring and attached to the score was a computer generated report with each section broken down with how they did and suggestions on how to improve each area (if needed).

Official assessment is done at the beginning, middle and end of year. Every teacher/grade is a little different, progress monitoring is done every two weeks or so. Ask your child's teacher for the results – I'm not aware of a parent portal to see the data.

How often is the DIBELS test given to the students? Also do you see your children’s results?
