MAP indicates whether your child is on, above or below grade levels in its reports. What are you talking about?

Having done a lot of research into literacy programs and the evidence (or lack thereof) for them related to my ES kid's issues with reading, look for a psychologist or SLP or educator who specializes in reading. Beth Cianguilli at Stepping Stones Therapy is one I know of, there may be others. Good luck!
When you say substantially below grade level, does a few points below grade level count? DC mentioned seeing 216 on screen.
