I came across a video the other day either on FB or Instagram with a good sounding recipe. I clicked on the creator and ALL the recipes sounded good. But I didn't have time to browse and I didn't save it. And now I can't find him!

He's black, I believe British, and vegan. Lots of tofu and lions mane mushroom dishes that resemble meat. All different cuisines and favors / spices /sauces. Help!
