I'm pretty sure all camps listed in my first post are for individuals. However, my kid attended a camp at JMU last summer and there were clearly multiple players from the same team (HS) that were there together.

I am a bit confused about the UMD camps: do you have to come as a team? The price must be per player - it would be too low for an entire team.
