Not in person, but buy one get one free has definitely exploded on Uber Eats.

Only on the order pickup app for a few places near us. When dining in, no - those offers aren't present.

Maybe the big chains that advertise on tv. Haven't seen it in privately owned places. We are busier than ever in DC.

My dh says he’s noticing it more and it reminds him of the recession. The only place I noticed it was at a Carrabbas restaurant.
