We had a good experience with both of those, but it really is luck of the draw with the instructors.

Has anyone ever done Stroke Mechanics 1 or 2 at the Fairfax Rec centers (Oakmont, formerly Oak Marr, Spring Hill, etc.)? The first appears to be 50 yard continuous swimming, and the second appears to be 100 yard continuous swimming. We are not doing summer swim this summer due to work schedules, so looking at this as an alternative. DS has just been swimming 25 yards at his swim club and has times in 3 strokes.
