Answer isn't that simple. Generally, wine and liquors only have a percentage of usable calories from the published calorie count. It's a complicated process meeting your body excretes it as acetic acid, not as energy.
But in general, if you drink one glass of wine slowly, you probably are going to absorb those calories as alcohol. If you drink something really quickly or many drinks over time, it's fewer calories per drink.
I know that's convoluted but it is true
The other thing is that your body perceives alcohol as a toxin and moves every bit of its energy to ridding it. So instead of burning calories, your body is completely focused on excreting the toxin.
