I don't know, but Chas Morton would have every other swimmer beat by a lot He had 10 NAG records for SCY and 4 for LCM as an 11-12 year old.

Way more than that. My DD's club had an assignment to calculate his IMX at age 20 and it was well over 4300. I forget the exact amount, but I'll ask her to take a look at the excel file they used and report back.
