Current Potomac parent here. This post is from a mean-spirited disgruntled former player's parent, who thinks they are anonymous. We are very happy with our coach and her staff and are looking forward to having her coach our daughters again next year. Please let it go.

Very deep team, but getting all of the local talent? No
Maybe not “all” the local talent but the “top” local talent for sure.
To clarify: this is about ISL. Not other privates or publics that have great players coming next year. I think SR does have the top talent.
Okay, we will keep it to ISL. Still disagree even with the qualifier of "top" vs "all". Are you saying that Stone Ridge is again drawing successfully from Hero's and M&D? If so, that's impressive. If not, the top DC area teams, by rankings, are Pride (#12) and Stars. Their top players are not going to Stone Ridge, but a variety of privates (including Visi, Potomac, SSSAS and NCS in ISL) and publics. Next Level and BLC are not strong at the 2028 level, so "top" wouldn't apply. Their best players left for other clubs. So, if you have 6-7 from Hero's and M&D going to Stone Ridge, you may be mostly correct--if we keep it to ISL. If not, I have to disagree.
Yes. SR had great success getting players from Hero’s for 2028.
How many 2028 Hero’s Green players are going to SR?
As a follow up, there is a discussion on another board of the handful of “dominant” 2028 players on the top MD club teams with one of those being a Hero’s Green player. Is that player one of the 3 or 4 going to Stone Ridge next year?
