I started weight training, crossfit and yoga also. Im going to try pilates too. Mainly though it was eating better - just paying attention, so i lost about a pound a week. I was quite overweight at the time but didnt care or pay attention. It all changed a year and a half ago when i met the most handsome and amusing man who is 20 years younger.
Did i get the guy? Yes. Yes i did haha!
Never had motivation before. Never saw the inside of a gym before or cared about calories...
