If you just want basics, look at khan academy. Free, video lectures, small sets of problems, occasional written explanations.

www.RainbowResource.com has that, and many other math options. They also have a comparison table across the many math curricula which they sell. Have them send you a printed catalog. Something there will suit your needs.
No videos, and Saxon Math has an excessive number of exercises/problems for an adult learner

I am good at math, just need the basics--some lectures and practice. I want to get through Calculus again, at least.

AOPS is written to the student and there are extra problems online. It doesn’t have lectures but it might be a good fit.

I know about AOPS and it does interest me, but I really, really like lectures. I am an auditory learner, no doubt.
Then you would like Thinkwell - look at a sample of the lectures first to see if they're engaging or too childish for you. Some other options are VideoText and Math Without Borders. All three are self-paced

Have you searched YouTube? There’s a lot on there now, especially after Covid. Many teachers have made videos of their lessons and post.

I’m a public school teacher and use mathispower4u to supplement sub plans sometimes. They have extensive free videos. https://mathispower4u.com/

Derek is quite reasonably priced. I liked his sample lecture. I wrote to him!

Thank you, all!

Do you want to just learn the material or you really enjoy doing math and want to re-learn it or learn it the first time. You can pay for Thinkwell Math or Dereck Owens.
The other option for geometry and algebra 2 is to get Digital SAT prep books and videos or ACT math practice because it is a good review of algebra, geometry, and algebra 2.

Thinkwell has a lot of options. They have videos and also printed notes and workbooks for each course. We have used their materials and like them.

We don’t have any personal experience with Excel but they offer online high school diploma options for adult learners, so they could be another option.

I think that Derek Owens might have what you want.

How are your skills? Math U See is on the east side and AOPS is on the hard side but they might be worth exploring.

I am looking for a company that provides math classes at the high school level, Geometry through Calculus, in the traditional way with lectures, a textbook, and practice problems. I am an adult so I cannot register for online school and I want to go at my own pace and not be tied to a college class schedule.

Does this exist? The closest I found is Denison Algebra, but they are billed for "non-math" people and stop at Algebra II. Any other options anyone knows of? Budget is not a concern, if the product is good.
