My favorite thing about Robert White Jr is that he says Bowser is a bad mayor, which can be true across any number of different issues, but he refuses to say why he thinks she’s a bad mayor.

It was even funnier that he went on TV to criticize her proposed budget cuts but wouldn’t say what he would cut. He only said that he would cut “wasteful spending”, whatever that means. One persons “wasteful spending” is always someone else’s priority.

The reality is that the waste in the DC government is because the government is inefficient, so it’s embedded into everything and every program. And the one thing we know about Robert White Jr is that he is fully incapable of getting government to operate more efficiently and effectively, if his oversight of DCHA is any indicator.
